Agarwal Packers and Movers provides packing, moving, transportation, relocation, storage, and related logistics services, subject to availability and operational requirements. We reserve the right to decline or modify a service request where operational, legal, safety, or other legitimate requirements prevent us from fulfilling it.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the goods being transported, including their quantity, nature, value, pickup location, delivery location, and any special handling requirements.

Customers must ensure that all required documents, permissions, licences, and clearances are available wherever applicable.

Customers must not include prohibited or restricted items in their shipment.

We take reasonable care while packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and delivering goods. However, our liability, where applicable, shall be governed by the applicable service agreement, declared value, insurance terms, and other conditions agreed with the customer. Customers are advised to review the applicable service terms before confirming a booking.

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, videos, icons, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Agarwal Packers and Movers unless otherwise stated. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts, as applicable.

Booking confirmation may require an advance payment or other payment arrangement depending on the service, route, shipment type, and quotation provided to the customer.

The applicable charges, taxes, tolls, parking fees, handling charges, storage charges, demurrage, customs charges, or other applicable costs shall be communicated as applicable to the customer's booking.

• Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Additional charges may apply where services outside the original quotation are requested or required.
• International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, clearance, and destination-related charges.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the service, booking stage, route, and payment arrangement.

Any applicable cancellation charges or refund eligibility will be governed by the quotation, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other terms communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

Customers are advised to review the applicable cancellation and refund terms before confirming their booking.

Customers must not include prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or restricted items in their shipment unless specifically permitted under applicable law and prior written arrangements.

• Explosives, fireworks, and highly inflammable materials
• Hazardous or toxic chemicals and dangerous substances
• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances
• Weapons or items prohibited by applicable law
• Radioactive or hazardous materials
• Currency, jewellery, precious metals, or other valuables unless properly declared and accepted
• Perishable goods or other sensitive items unless prior arrangements have been made

The customer may be responsible for any loss, damage, penalty, legal consequence, or additional expense resulting from the inclusion of prohibited or undeclared items.

Customers may be offered transit insurance or other applicable coverage depending on the service and shipment. Customers should carefully review the coverage, exclusions, declared value, and applicable terms before selecting insurance.

Claims Process

• Any visible damage should be reported promptly after delivery.
• Concealed damage should be reported within the applicable claim period communicated with the service.
• Customers may be required to provide photographs, delivery documents, invoices, insurance documents, and other supporting evidence.

Claims may be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement and insurance policy.

Agarwal Packers and Movers may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website or services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, where applicable.
